Server (Table Manager)
Pay Average: $40/hr (includes tips)
The Table Manager uplifts the dining experience for customers. We are looking for someone who will have the patience, personality and perseverance to thrive in this role.
Table Manager responsibilities include greeting and serving customers at their table, providing detailed information on menus, multi-tasking various front-of-the-house duties and collecting the bill. If you are able to perform well in fast-paced environments, we’d like to meet you.
To be a successful Table Manager, you should be polite with our customers and make sure they enjoy their meals. You should also be a team player and be able to effectively communicate with our Kitchen Staff to make sure orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
Ultimately, it is the duty of our Table Managers to provide an excellent overall dining experience for our guests.
Bartender
Pay Average: $30/hr (includes tips)
We are looking for masters in Mixology. We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Good Bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations.
Host (Support)
Pay /Hour: $15/hr
A Host greets Patrons as they enter a restaurant, takes their reservations, and walks them to their seats with menus. They will also handle phone calls with customer follow-ups and customer queries about the restaurant and menu. Will assist various restaurant staff when necessary.
Busser (Support)
Pay Average: $20/hr (includes tips)
Bussers are responsible for providing a clean and pleasant dining experience by clearing, sanitizing, resetting tables, and ensuring the dining room is well-stocked and tidy. This role works hand-in-hand with Table Managers to create the best dining experience for our guests.
You should be a team player and be able to effectively communicate with your Table Manager to make sure orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
