The Cecil is a place full of art and history. Since it’s beginnings in 1938, when the oldest Jazz club Minton’s Playhouse was first opened next door, this establishment embarked itself in a position to develop the world of the arts to another level. Time has passed, but over the years we haven’t forgotten about that mission those pioneers once had. We are glad to continue the tradition in a thriving artistic path in order to discover new hidden artists and showcase their talents to our guests in one unique historic landmark in New York City.
